Returns & exchanges
How do I return an item?
You have 14 days after receipt to notify us of your withdrawal at contact@pairformance.fr, then an additional 14 days to return the item to us in its original condition. Full details can be found in our return policy.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are at your expense.
How long does it take to get a refund?
In the event of withdrawal, repayment will be made without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision. For a sale of goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. Reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
Do you offer size or color exchanges?
No, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return the item under your right of withdrawal, then place a new order. This rule does not apply to your rights in the event of a non-compliant or defective product.
